Page counts. When a page loads, your browser tells this site which page it was and which website sent you here (just the site's name, like instagram.com). We add one to that day's count. We don't record your IP address or set anything on your device, and nothing in the counts can identify you.

The contact form. It stores your name, email and message so we can read them and reply. To stop spam, the form counts how many messages came from one connection in a day. It does that with a scrambled code made from your IP address and a random key that changes every day. Your IP address itself is never stored, and the codes and keys are deleted within two days. To have your messages deleted, ask through the form.

Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Games. When games arrive, they save your progress in your own browser. It stays on your device.

Links out. Instagram and the games in Jeff's Picks are other people's sites, with their own policies.

• Games and pages here are provided as they are, without warranties. If something breaks, tell us through the form.
• Don't use the contact form to spam or abuse anyone.
• Links to other sites are there because we like them. We don't run those sites.
• If these terms change, the date at the top changes too.
